PuroClean Northwest will always be our #1 choice for any mold and water damage we encounter. We have already recommended them to several clients, and are very satisfied with the work they did.nnAll the PuroClean workers went to great lenghs to ensure the project area was clean and free of dust/debris, even when they planned to return the following morning to continue the work! Fantastic attention to even the small details.nnBy far the superstar was our project manager John. Our non-profit agency has roughly 60 locations around the greater Seattle area. When the COVID-19 numbers spiked in King County, approached PuroClean to get a large number of those locations cleaned within a short period of time. Within a few minutes, the owner of the company called me and thanked me for contacting them. He said he'd love to work with us. We ended up getting dozens of our locations cleaned, and the entire process was remarkably smooth. PuroClean staff were great to work with, even when we cancelled or reschedule locations last minute. The cleaning PuroClean provided gave our staff and clients some piece of mind during this crisis.
