When I first worked here they were nice and professional. after working for a month I’ve had some Miscommunication By the higher up management and my manager. They set you up for failure and they only kept me because they needed to find my replacement. After they’ve found your replacement your gone. I’ve worked hard for this company to have them not notice me. My manager wasn’t very communicative. She will find a reason to let you go no matter how much you communicate they’ll use your reason to get rid of you in a heartbeat. Explains why the last person left.

Amazing company to work for. I've been employed for over 3 years and I can truly say the opportunity is unlimited! What are you waiting for? I guarantee that if you work hard, show up everyday and be honest, the sky's the limit for where you could be 6 months or a year or two from now.

An employee with Environment Control janitor service damaged my $1700 chair by using some kind of abrasive cleaner on leather. I filed a complaint with the cleaning manager who promised to replace the chair. I waited three months and a new chair was never delivered. I contacted the cleaning manager again multiple times. He would avoid a direct answer or not respond at all. Six months later, he refused to pay the claim and suggested that I needed to prove that his employee damaged the chair. Obviously I wouldn’t ruin my own property. I chose a professional, insured cleaning company with the understanding that if they caused any property damage they would stand behind their guarantee. Clearly that’s not the case. Additionally their janitors never cleaned our offices adequately. There would be streaks on the mirror and counters from cleaning with a dirty rag, etc. We tried to work with the cleaning staff directly but the turnover was so high we never had consistent communication. This was the worst cleaning company we ever used during our 12 years in that office building.
