I was in search of a quote for duct cleaning for my house and I came across an ad for Alpine in a home improvement magazine. I put in a request for an estimate and was promptly contacted by Lexi and we got the ball rolling with no hesitation. She collected the metrics they would need to produce an accurate quote, such as square footage and furnace location. She got back to me the same day with a quote and a price that seemed very fair and explained each step and it’s added value to the process. It was clear by her confidence and detailed knowledge of the entire process start to finish that alpine knows what they’re doing and they do the best job out there.nThe customer service alone is enough reason to chose Alpine but you get quality and decades of expertise in the service as well. I want to give a shout-out to Lexi, she’s a pro at what she does. Not to mention, friendly, communicative and well versed in the methods and materials involved in the service. I highly recommend Alpine! 5 stars and thanks again.

From the moment I called Alpine for a quote they were wonderful! Great customer service. Giovanni came out to shampoo our carpets with heavy odors from cats and urine. He was friendly, thorough and did a great job. The company is a little higher in price than most but well worth it. I highly recommend them.

At first I was fairly happy with the service (about two months ago), but there was one carpet stain their cleaning did not get out. Just the other day I decided to spray good old $5.99 Spot Shot on that stain and surprisingly a lot of it came out. Blotting it with a white towel while cleaning, I could see the stains coming off on the towel and it was easy to see now it could have been removed if the technician had put more effort into the pretreatment and cleaning that area. I had pointed it out to him during the walk through before he started. I paid almost $500 for the service too! Their service truck also left an oil stain on my driveway. I called them on that issue and they sent someone out. He did not remove it completely though. I did not call them back to complain again. I figured I could do a better job myself at that point.n**UPDATE, a representative of the company found me and reached out to offer to make things right. I appreciated the follow up.

Was really easy to schedule an appointment. Vincent came and was communicative and punctual. He was super friendly, knowledgeable, and did an amazing job on our carpets. Our carpets are pretty old and had lots of pet stains - he performed magic to make them sparkle and look almost new. Will absolutely use Alpine going forward for all of our carpet cleaning needs.

From the beginning Alpine has been great to work with(Tabitha). The technician that came out (Steve) was outstanding! Went over everything in detail. No hidden charges or surprises that would cost more. Best investment! The air is fresher! Seriously, what a difference. Very grateful!
