We woke up early this morning in need of some emergency carpet cleaning. We googled carpet cleaners in our area and decided to call Prestige. Kinda with low expectations to even get what we needed done the same day. John was so nice, understanding and professional. He was actually able to fit us in on short notice and he and his helper did an amazing job on cleaning our carpets and both were beyond polite. The cost was very reasonable and the work exceeded our expectations. We don't do reviews for every company we deal with but we had to take time out of our day to give this company, it's owner and employees 5 stars. If it went higher than 5 Stars John you all would have definitely gotten a higher score from us. Thank you so much; not only for an excellent job but for the professionalism and common courtesy of being kind and polite.
Professional, friendly, on time & I would recommend.
I had Prestige powerwash my house (roof, exterior walls, storm windows, porch) & my concrete driveway (that was so black with fungus it looked like asphalt)! I thought the price was very reasonable for a job well done & done quickly too. I had no problem getting John & his crew out here in a timely manner & they worked straight through 'til the job was done. Very impressive! They also found a hole in my roof that I didn't know about so I could get it fixed. Will definitely hire again with no hesitation!
I recently called John to have carpets cleaned at my mother's house! I was amazed at his quick response and outstanding job!! Her carpets had not been cleaned professionally in years! They look new once again! Having seen his work, I scheduled an appointment to have carpets done at my house. True to form, he did an outstanding job! I highly recommend this company for all your needs.
I highly recommend Prestige! We had our ceramic tile and grout cleaned and resealed and are so happy with the job. John and his team return calls quickly, come when they say they are going to and give fair prices for excellent service. We will definitely use them again!
