Bathroom was not very clean. Had to ask to have my table wiped down from the previous guests. Drink order and food order was not correct and had to get attention of server to get a refill. Second drink to replace the incorrect one had a large piece of a salad cracker floating in it. Giving it 3 stars because the food, once I got it, was actually good. Food is recommended but the service today was not acceptable. Hopefully it was just an off day.
Excellent food at a very reasonable price. Also very friendly staff make you feel right at home.
This is the 2nd time I've ordered at this waffle house and they left something off my order! I order the all star with bacon but never got bacon. I travel here for work 4 to 5 days out the week and when I want to eat it shouldn't be a problem.! Never going there again.
We were told at 9:50 at night that they're doing takeout only. I asked if they could make an exception given we live out of town but nope. Horrible customer service!
So..,....I absolutely love waffle house but man that was the worst experience I've ever had. I promise I'm not being dramatic. The waiter was kinda trying but honestly the effort was a lost cause. I think the cook had potential but was to busy yelling at my waiter because he was horrible, that he screwed up the cooked portion of my order cause he wanted to go home. All around really, really disappointed Waffle House, really disappointed!!
