Just like every Krystal ever, they are slow... but hey man watchcha gonna do when you crave them square burgers. At least it was fresh and hot.
As much as I love Krystal burgers, this Madison location has been a disappointment to say the least. The excuses they have for not being able to fulfill your order is their best service. If it’s close to 10pm, they’ll ignore you in the drive-thru and watch you out the window as you drive away. PLEASE CLOSE this location if you can’t manage your employees!
Not a bad place. Very rude employees and even had a child in the kitchen. The food was decent but took awhile. Wasn't the cleanest place ever.
Service was good. Believe it or not I thought $6.57 for 2 double cheese crystals and a small fry (no drink) seemed a little high. Fries weren't fresh.
Food was good as it usually is at Krystals. Not the friendliest folks at all but one young lady was exceptionally nice and even smiled and said “thanks, cone again”. Out of the 7 people working 0 had masks on covering mouth or nose, including the cooks. Also saw scratching hair and then immediately touching food by one cook.
