I tried to ask the guy for some straws he cut me off and told me he out them in the boxes went to our table guess what no straws. Then as I tried to have a peaceful lunch before I head to work I here all about there personal life. They do not speak properly or in correct sentences, I study at the counter for 10 minutes asking for a straw and they did not even acknowledge that I was there. I came to eat not listen to their problems at home.

They let us dine inside like normal. I could even use the restroom. The staff were very nice. Good food and we could refill at the drink machine. Thank you Taco Bell!

It’s 1:35 pm. The service was fast. So that was a plus. However, they lady at the window (whom is the same person when I ordered at the speaker) she needs a break or something because she has absolutely no customer service skills whatsoever. When I ordered, she was snapping at me. Took my card at the window and didn’t say anything, gave it back and didn’t say anything. Gave my food & then said have a nice day and let the window slam and walked away. Maybe it’s a bad day. Idk, but she needs a break from interacting with customers.

Small and rather crowded. The main dining was closed due to the pandemic (which is good, bc it was a very tight space), but the placement of the ordering kiosks blocked up the door and did not allow for easy social distancing when waiting for order fulfillment. Service was quick and professional.
