Gigi is amazing! Although I don't know her all that well. I can tell you what I have experienced thus far. On her busy day, she not only made room for me. She took time to explain to me what would work best for me, my hair. Since I have curly hair. She prevented me from choosing a style that would leave me looking like a poodle. I received the keratin treatment. The next day, she texted me just to check in. Who does that these days?? Well, she does. She is very personable and real. I felt so welcome by her. I asked if I she could cut my children's hair. She then stayed open late when she didn't have too. She told me how to take care of my daughters hair and helped fix it to where it was easy to manage. Gave easy instructions for care. Her pricing was extremely fair for the work. I could go on and on about her. She's wonderful!
I love Gigi's. People come up all the time telling me how much they love my hair and I have to credit Gigi. My hair has never looked so good. I would never go to anyone else.
