One of the young ladies was extremely rude . She snatched my hands and handled them very roughly . I asked her repeatedly(nicely and calmly) to adjust the shape of my nails(coffin ) . She got increasingly annoyed with my request and that is when she started shoving and pushing my hands. She stopped ONLY after I asked her to stop handling me in that way. When she was done she rolled her eyes and whispered things under her breath as she walked away . I should’ve asked for a discount but I didn’t . I just gave ZERO tip and explained to the other employee why . He just smiled .nI will never come here again . I will be telling everyone about this experience. Trash customer service .

Very unprofessional and rude! Snatches your hands and move them very aggressively. Very bad customer service. The young lady looks at you mean all the time. Oh It's only 2 ppl that works here and the wait is horrible. Covid 19 on the rise they do not put plastic in the pedicure tub. BE AWARE!!nWill not recommend this place!! I wont go back
