Fortunately, I have not had to use their services, but judging from the lady I spoke with, they will be my #1 choice when the time comes! She was extremely patient with my numerous questions and was very knowledgeable about the business. She wasn't just sitting there to answer the phones. Very professional!
Had them pump my septic tank. In the process they poked a hole in one of my sprinkler pipes while probing to find it and broke another pipe while digging. I didn't know it happened before they left nor did they tell me and the broke pipe was obvious. Once I discovered it I called to see if they would repair what they broke. They didn't say they didn't damage them, they just said it isn't their responsibility and refused to do anything. Extremely poor business practices. Stay away!
This company is top notch and very responsive. Everyone from the owner down were of utmost responsive to my request for service. I would highly recommend this company for all of your plumbing and septic system needs.
This guy came out by himself, did a great job & did it quickly. First time using them, but would recommend them over anyone else I have used. Good folks to deal with!
All American was very responsive and came out the same day. Did a great professional job pumping my septic tank and went above and beyond helping with my secondary pump issue. Saved me $1000 not having to replace my pump. Honest and friendly. I’ll call them anytime I have a septic issue in the future.
