They came out same day. Unfortunately it was not able to be repaired. But they are able to install the new unit in the next couple of days. I was very pleased with their response time. The tech was very professional and explained everything well. He even took pictures of the problem to show me. Will definitely be using them again!
My heat went out tonight. After recommendations to call Comfort Heating & Air, Matt was here in less than 30 min and did a great job getting my heat back on. Friendly, professional, explained everything to me and gave info requested on maintenance plans. So thankful for them!! Highly recommend!!
Came first thing in the morning to troubleshoot our system. Attempted to change out parts to repair our current system which all failed. Explained our options and the cost. Me and my wife both agreed with the technician that a new system would be be best due to the old one being 10 years old. Came out the next business day and installed our new system and removed the old one, and even set up our nest as well. Technicians were both knowledgeable and courteous, and explained everything along the way. New system was installed quicker than expected and even allowed my wife to not miss work due to their speed. Very happy with their service, and will be using them for our annual serving as well.
The guys were on time and easy to work with. Answered questions and quickly returned to work. We had two heat pumps replaced/upgraded as well as the water heater. They completed all of the projects to my satisfaction. We appreciate having system up quickly. Thank you!
Lee was awesome to work with. He took care of all my plumbing needs, was always on time, and very professional. I won’t use another plumber now. I’ve also referred his services to my closest friends.
