Gets the job done!
Best green car wash in town. Super safe for the car, they maintain it so well and friendly, fast service. People ask me why my rear wiper is taped and I tell them the car wash does that to protect it. They are amazed. Try it and you'll see ud83eudd20ud83dude0e
Employees not attentive to customer service never will go to this one
The staff here honestly have the best customer service I have ever experienced. Adrian and Kimlong consistently go WAY out of their way to make each customers experience not only quick and seemless, but truthfully memorable. It is folks like Matt and Marcus who keep the team spirit lively and customer-driven. Their dedication to treating the customer right is unprecedented. As a customer of Brown Bear for the past 2 years, this is my favorite. For the folks that work there.
The car wash generally works well and the line moves fairly quickly. For some reason my membership tag never reads on their machine. I have to press the coupon button and explain my circumstance every time I drive through. I've asked for help getting a tag that actually works several times but they always says next time and don't actually fix it.nnEdit: thank you for correcting the problem, that was your only flaw.
