I had the pleasure of interacting with Randi over the last couple weeks of my lease with Holland Park! She was very attentive and showed genuine concern for the residents! During a process that can sometimes be a headache; she was able to lessen the burden that comes along with ending a lease. Thanks to Randi, my move-out experience was about as seamless as it could have been! Ask for Randi if you visit the property!!

I moved in my apartment October 2020. Randy the Leasing Specialist helped me out tremendously with making my stay comfortable at Holland Park. I had to place a few work orders in the apartment. Randy made sure all my work orders were completed in a timely manner. I appreciate that. Thanks !

I want to thank Randi for helping me through my leasing processing . She helped me achieve a goal of mine and I’m nothing but grateful and thankful. Randi has professionalism that is unmatched . Going through all of what i went through these past weeks her patience with me and the process let me know she truly cared . I would like to thank everyone at the Holland park apartments for having great hospitality.

Holland park is a great and safe place to stay at. Very quiet, clean, and the staff is amazing. Adele, was very helpful! I highly recommend her or anyone up front

The lady who gave us a tour (Adele E.) was very personable and helpful. She answered all of our questions thoroughly. Very nice area to live!
