SYNC at Ten Oaks

I do not recommend anyone stay here. The staff here is very rude and picky about everything! They also have a lot of unnecessary fees. I’m really sad that I renewed my lease with them. They didn’t let me renew for another 7 months without having to move or upgrade, on top of that my rent would have went up another $200.... the gate code that is given almost never works correctly, I always have to go up to the gate and let people in. I constantly email the front office asking them to fix it and I don’t get a response. Also they have screwed me on my rent twice this year. I’ve paidy rent on time if not early every month but they don’t run the payments until days after the 1st even though it shows it has already taken out of my account.! They will then send me a pre-eviction notice and charge me a late fee for no reason !! And they have now told me i cannot pay my rent online that i have to bring a money order in every month, which is ridiculous again because it is not convenient. Also the are very picky about the trash and what time you put it out and I don’t think it’s fair because I work overnight & out of town and it doesn’t always fit their time schedule of putting the trash out .. when I do they send pictures threatening to fine me! It’s bad enough that I pay for valet and they get to be picky about when they want to pick up trash!! I can’t wait to move out of this place!! As long as I don’t have to deal with the front office I guess I’ll okay.. Please avoid if you can..

Scam just a scam, took $340 deposit and then say we not going to approve you. Got the letter had no reason why. I had to call several times just because they scammed my application and was ignoring me. These people are a joke. Like who does that, with all the problems in the world???? After reading reviews I wont the first. Scams. Scams Scams!!!!!!!

Excellent management service. Clean and well maintained! Can't complain. Would have given 5 stars if it had a tennis court and a kids play area! Otherwise, I love aesthetics of this apartment complex. Very pretty! Also its a gated community so I don't need to worry about security issues at all!

Living here has been amazing so far. The grounds are well kept & the staff is amazingly sweet and personable. The move in process was super easy and of course the apartments are great! I would definitely recommend them to anyone!

Very disappointed with this place. It looked nice and and well kept. The amenities are constantly closed not only because of COVID but the pool constantly had issues within the time I have been here. I have been here for over 3 years now and the neighbors are constantly changing. The only reason I still live here is the that this place is in walking distance of my job. I will be moving as soon as my lease is up.
