I have been a tenant going on 10 years now. I have read reviews and I was able to reach Ivy a few times couple of years ago. And it is true that no matter what time of the day you call no one ever answered the phone. Often I had to get dressed and drive to the leasing office . In terms of Ivy? she was never rude. I never had any problems with her she was always helpful and polite to me. Ivy always gave helpful resources if I had an issue she certainly looked into it for me. I found her to be a nice person. I wish her well. We also have good Maintenance Terry and Joshua are really nice. Terry Maintenance Manager will attend to issues they clean up after their work and never just leave it there.nnMagnolia needs to be whipped back into shape. I believe that will happen with our new Regional Manager Jessica Paski that will happen. Jessica has already been so helpful, caring, and polite she has such a nice personality and wonderful spirit. She makes sure that your issue is addressed. I love the fact that she COMMUNICATES with me. She will email you , or call you back as soon as she is able. I find her to be a very caring person and wants to really improve things at Magnolia she is open to suggestions, she really makes sure that all issues are addressed and work gets done.nnThank you !! Would love to move here, however I’ve called a total of 10 times in the last week, and no one has answered. Very disappointing and discouraging for potential renters.

They do not answer the phone. Very unprofessional. Especially if one is looking to move.

I have been calling for 2 weeks now. I never got a response. I don't think this place is open. The first impression is not good. They dont answer the phone. They don't respond to your messages. Don't apply here it doesn't seem to be a good place because nobody never answer the phone.

I’ve been trying to contact this community for WEEKS just for pricing and to see if I would be able to schedule a tour. I’ve left several messages with no response. I’ve even drove by the office to see if I could speak to someone in person but they have a sign on the door saying nobody is allowed inside due to COVID-19. How do I get in contact with them???
