I am pleasantly surprised at the speed these people respond to your maintenance request.nI sent an email to Jodi on Monday morning 12-24-18 for a list of things to be done in the house and by the same Monday evening coming home from work they were already done.nBe sure to ask for Elicia or Jodi for your housing needs. I highly recommend this group.

My fiance and I lived in a Homemart managed duplex for seven years. Our agent Elicia was great and continued to look out for us throughout our seven years. The team is wonderful. Whenever we required repairs they were done quickly and carefully through the portal. Our rent was reasonable and we loved the neighborhood. If we had not purchased a home we would still be with the Homemart family! Thanks guys for helping us making a house our home!nLorraine

Manager is unprofessional, rude, and sketchy. She is the reason we did not move forward after putting in our reservation deposit. (Realtor Stephanie was however very accommodating and respectful). Rent at your own risk.

This is a horrible! I mean HORRIBLE place to ever get good quality help from ! I’m highly disappointed in the manager who’s last name I’ll disclose but her first name is Marilyn !! I do not recommend this place to anyone! They will agree upon one thing and do another ! I can’t believe how disloyal you are towards genuine people ! Stay away from this place ! Friggin money stealers !!!
