Classy Nails

I have been going here for over a year and loves the quality of work. I went in last week for a nail dip and was very disappointed with the way they handled the “extra” cleaning that they charge $2 for. My station was not wiped down after the last client. I was told to sit immediately after a client left. I personally got a Clorox wipe and wipes down the chair and table. The elderly woman handed me the nail color choices that hangs on a key ring type holder. This was not wiped down and just hung up after I had looked through it. One technician wore the same pair of gloves for two Customers. The pens and station was not wiped down after each customer paid. I witnessed all this in the 45-60 that I was there. I’m very unhappy with Kim and I won’t be back!

For starters I walked in and asked how much a full set was. The lady didn’t answer me, and proceeded to hand me a menu, which said 35 for shellac which is just gel. Then after we start the lady says it’s 50?? At that point I went a long with it. I showed her my design and asked multiple times if she could do it, apparently however, she can’t. In addition, they’re extremely aggressive about their sanding and shaping, to the point where my nail beds still hurt and were bleeding in a couple places. When i got to the front to pay, surprise! Another random charge of 2$ for “covid fee” which they didn’t have mentioned. Overall do not recommend.

This is a hidden gem in the neighborhood. They use good quality products and do a highly skilled job. My shellac nails lasted for 4 weeks, so today I came to get another set and wasn’t disappointed. They do a great pedicure too. I usually have a problem with ingrown nails, and they helped me with it. Thank you!
