Mickey and his team get the job done! We called them to see about putting our house on the market and they were there the next day with all the comps/info they needed to give us a listing price that was competitive, but more importantly, that we’d be happy with. The whole process was very smooth and our questions were always answered in a timely manner. Mickey and his team are very friendly and professional! We put our house on the market and Mickey came by and gave us some tips to help us sell faster. We followed his guidance, received professional photographs, and we were on the market shortly. His response time was incredible we had an offer within 2 weeks of the “coming soon” post and were under contract shortly after that. We got our asking price and it was a rather simple process. You can count on Mickey to do the right thing and do what he says he’s going to do.

Mickey and the TEAM where all over it. Helped me find vendors for repairs quickly. Always responsive. Mostly, the proactive communication was on point. This was very important and huge for me since I was living out of state during the sale. After the process, I feel that there is more than a business relationship with Mickey and his TEAM. When we decided to put our home on the market Mickey Hyams came highly recommended to us. We contacted him and he came out the next day. He had already run all the comps for our area and had a packet for us to be able to understand the whole process. His marketing and pricing of our home was right on target. He was involved in every step of the process and it all went smoothly. After listing our home, we had a contract in just 17 days. With the changing real estate market environment during Covid we could not have asked for a smoother experience.nWe also used Mr. Hyams as well to find our new home. He always worked with our schedule and needs as we searched it out. He allowed us to take our time viewing each home and never rushed us, which I loved. He was extremely knowledgeable of the area and gave attention to every detail as we looked.
