He is a con artist !! He will do whatever it takes to make money and cover his tracks, taking advantage of anyone he can. We were a military family discharging from the Navy into civilian life. He knowingly sold us a home with with a water leak lying that repairs had been made. As I said he covered his tracks so documentation was tough to prove, their are emails saying the repairs had been completed but lied. He callously said I didn’t have proof leaving us with our entire kitchen having to be gutted from mold. My children had to stay in another state until we were able to get the home in a living condition. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS REALTOR!!!! This left us with a $32,000 bill!!!
