Don't use, inaccuracy in appraisal on my home and did not include new AC and complete trane unit just installed and newer water heater, made several mistakes in evaluating my house. Unwilling to fix his errors Has no business appraising homes and his license should be revoked. I intend to file a complaint with every person and business I can to prevent him from ever doing this to someone else and I will never stop, right thing to do professionally was to fix your mistakes. You did no such thing, you should of done your job correctly and perhaps my family more importantly my son wouldn't be suffering because you can't do your job with integrity and honesty. Intstead of using House for sale two doors down he used a house 10 miles away that hasn't even sold, significantly valued less. This is absurd and one wonders why this would happen. You will regret using this company I can promise you. It don't matter if you are a good ol boy right is right wrong is wrong. I will be filing a complaint pushing an Investigation by Commission/Board for GA real estate
