Jeff and his team at Say Yes Realty did an outstanding job in helping us to purchase the house that we wanted in a very competitive market.  From the very first impression over the phone and then in person, we could tell we had made the right choice in going with Jeff. He never once tried to push us into something we didn’t want. He made sure that we knew what to expect with the whole process and provided sound advice and counsel. Jeff is simply the best realtor I have ever used or even heard of. He sold our house in one day and has helped us buy multiple homes. This is our second home purchase with Jeff and there is definitely a reason we came back to him. Jeff is always available to his clients and is always on top of the action steps he needs to take. His connections with lenders are also invaluable when you fall in love with a property on a day that most lenders would not be available to produce a pre-approval letter. Jeff always provides the highest level of customer service and has never let us down. When we fall in love with a property he does everything in his power to put us in the best position to go into a binding contract. In this transaction we are both selling our home and buying a new home with Jeff as our agent for both transactions. Not only did he get us into binding on a new home we love, but he was able to get us into binding to sell our home in less than one week. He has also carefully scheduled our closings for the sell and buy on the same day per our request to avoid overlapping mortgage and HOA payments. We will happily use him again in the future and we recommend him to anyone who asks. Work with Jeff and you won't be disappointed!
