We had Rooter Plus come out and check over and service septic system for new home. We really liked them so hired them again for a very strange drainage issue. They not only figured it out but repaired perfectly. Brian and Stacie did great. The customer service for RP is amazing. Suck a breath of fresh air nowadays.
Everyone that I have dealt with is excellent. I have had 2 teams out in the past few days- Doc and Korey (Septic), and Matt and Dominick (Plumbing). They were all great, very knowledgeable about what they are doing and took the time to show and explain what they were doing. The office staff is also great, they kept me well informed on who was coming out and when they would be there. I highly recommend Rooter Plus!

My Uncle called Rooter Plus and Robert Williams , the technician came out on time and replaced our old water heater with a new one. He helped search for the water heater and was respectful during the whole time here. He was able to install the water heater without a problem. Great Service.
