Food was great and the service was awesome!!! The lady at the window was happy to help us and made me smile. I didn't get one of my chalupas but couldn't be mad because Erik checked the bag and didn't realize it so... Lol. Not her fault.
I placed a big order for the guys that work for me during the lunch rush. The ladies behind the counter were great not one time did the get mad or upset all they did was continue to encourage each other and jump in and help one another as each station freed up. I was quite expressed at the level of speed politeness each one showed under the pressure of lunch rush and a jerk aka as me who orders 36 tacos and 5 bean burritos. Who ever the manger/franchise is congrats you have a great team working for you. I will be back to your location again
Poor service, poor food. I think they actually forgot to put meat in our food. It wasn't worth going back to fix.
Service has improved. Aisha and Susan go the extra mile to make sure everything in your order is correct. The food is Delicious.
Broad St is decent. The one on Lafayette is in need of some leadership/management. You can order and they'll have you pull around to the parking lot. May the odds be ever in your favor. And if you waiting, go ahead and switch your selector lever from safe to semi and watch....your lane (crackheads galore!)
