I came today and asked for turkey to heated up on the grill which I have done numerous times at this location and other locations. The kid was rude and said we aren’t allowed to do that. I said well I need it heated up? He asked me why? It’s bc when you are preg it is recommend to heat up deli meat before consumption. Not sure why all of a sudden this certain location has stopped doing that curiosity. But I will never be returning to this location and they need to train their employees properly.

Placed an order online, paid, received text 45 mins later that my order was ready. Get to store cashier barely looks at me and says there’s no order for me and I will have to get in line. The line was so long it would have taken at least an hour. Told her that was the point of ordering ahead online, she ignored me. So I’m supposed to spend 2 1/2 hours to get a sub? Told her I needed a refund, she said she could do it because couldn’t find an order for me. Completely ignored me. Left the the store called and asked for a refund and was told they didn’t know how to do. So wasted over an hour of my time plus I now have to file a dispute with cc company. Shame I go to JM’s often, but no more. Placed an order with Jimmy John’s and was ready in 15 mins.

I call this outstanding place from time to time as I love the special atmosphere that is characterizes this place. The personel is extraordianrillyremarkably welcoming and skilfull. The service is exceptionally quick. Most important, the food they prepare is first-rate. I have been there many times and I was always joyful. The cost is reasobable. I recommend this restaurant to my friends and family.

Enjoyed the sub. Fresh bread is delicious. Service was good. I like the new tables for dining in. I wish they served Coke instead of Pepsi. My wife says the tea is good. Without her approval of tea we don't visit restaurants.
