Wonderful staff. I misunderstood my shake frosty order,(they gave me mistaken I thought they said mix) and gave me another frosty mixed with chocolate and vanilla. I loved it..
Food was good, the service could of been better, drive through person had a bit of an attitude other than that food was great and the wait was quick
The lobby was open for sit down.I have stopped using places who lobbies are not open I hate walking through drive food because I drive a dump truck and I need lunch
Great food, terrible service, poor lady working the whole store by herself why her kitchen staff is playing in the kitchen with there thumbs. They don’t have any sauce so don’t ask!
I came through the drive thru tonight 2/23 at around 11:30 and received very poor, rude customer service. I'm not sure what was wrong with the lady tonight but her attitude and demeanor wasn't warranted. When you're on the front line dealing with people on a face to face basis your problems shouldn't become the customer's. I always try to give positive reviews but people with attitudes like that shouldn't be dealing with people. Frys were old
