Taco Bell

I usually love coming to this taco bell location because the staff is friendly and the food is excellent, but I visited tonight. Honestly, the team was extremely rude; first I arrived, and they told me that they were only taking cash which I completely understood, so I went to the bank to get some money. I came back to order, and they told me that they said that they could not make 2 of my orders because their machines were down again. I was not upset because I understand these things happen; however, when I got to the window, they were literally making a freeze after straight-up telling me their machine was down. At this point, I was distraught but wanted to make sure I wasn't making assumptions, so I asked the cashier Genesis “are those Freezes, didn’t you say the machine was down” to which she replied, “well... it is working now... I guess” (keeping in mind it took 2 seconds to go from speaker to window). I also asked if I could order it, and she said, “you have to go around to reorder” however there were not any vehicles behind me??? Overall a horrible experience, but I can't seem to understand why. I would like to point out that throughout this whole experience I never raised my voice, I never yelled, and i tried to be as understanding as possible as I have worked previously in fast food and did not appreciate being treated negatively. Still, they were extremely rude without any motive. Regardless I should have gone to the one on Exit 17, however sadly they are temporarily closed.

A very nice employee helped walk me through choosing a different item when my usual wasn't available & I couldn't read the menu. A huge help & he made a great suggestion. I will be ordering it again!

I would honestly not come back. The first time I came they messed up our order and there was no other customer in the store so I’m not sure how they messed up. The second time we came back because honestly it’s near our job, but the second time we came we opened up our bag and the tacos were spilled all on the inside of the bag, we of course asked for a remake but when we got our food the tacos were super cold and tasteless??? Not sure how if they “remade” it. We are definitely not coming back.

So they have a giant sign that says dine in now open, but they have all the doors locked still. Don't care if its closed just don't put up the sign

The hours posted on their website shows they close the drive-thru at 1am. They are closed at 11pm, possibly esrlier. This is the second time in the last two weeks I've been forced to try to get Taco bell due to everything else being closed.. If they can't stick to their posted schedule then they need to update their website. I watched two other cars try also in the 3 minutes in was in the parking lot so it's not like their isn't business to be made.
