I went in on Sunday for my first tan and I was badly burned. The lady was nice enough, but I'm very fair skinned and she recommended 12 minutes. I didn't know any differently so I just did the full 12. After the fact I was badly burned, called to complain, and I was told there would be no refund because I signed a waiver that said that it could happen. Ok, that's fine, but I still wanted to speak with the owner to get an apology and prevent other people from getting burned like that. I have called 3 different times and left a message with the front desk throughout the week. I was assured she would call me back each time. She never did. Had she called, I wouldn't have left this review, but people deserve to know how they run their business, especially if she won't even listen to customer feedback.nI'm really frustrated and I will probably never go tanning again due to this horrible experience. I'm still burnt from Sunday.
Great beds great prices and great customer service :) I’ve never been somewhere that takes such great care of the facility and always upgrading bulbs. The owner and everyone else are awesome. Highly recommend!!!
I love this place! The experience was truly unforgettable! The staff was very friendly and inviting. Everything was clean and sanitary, and wonderful products were used. I will definitely be coming back with a friend!
Great place! The owner is very nice along with her staff, clean business and good prices! Will only come here. Plus I prefer to support small businesses!
Complete waste of money!!!! I went to do my lashes and within two hours they fell off. Very disappointed!!
