Shawn did an excellent job. Got in early and out quickly. Even got my beard lined up. Prices aren't that bad compared to other states that I have been in. Definitely will be back to see them.

I made an appointment for 2pm recently and showed up ahead of time by several minutes. I signed in saying I was a first timer for a 2pm with Shawn, the owner. It was known from making the appointment that i had only one hour available and was told that should be plenty of time.nnBy 2:35 PM the same customer was still in the chair. I began to doubt that my haircut would fit in the time I had left before an important business meeting, but I stayed. Just when I thought the barber was finishing up, he went over and grabbed a handful of lather to start shaving this guy’s neck. I decided that was it and left. I do not appreciate a place that will not honor its appointments.nnSimple question: what do most shops do to protect reserved appointments? From my experience, they either staff to handle the walk-ins or they make the walk-ins wait, not the appointments. That’s the whole point. If someone walked in 20 minutes ahead of me and needed a 20-30 minute service, that’s cool. I get it. But what I don’t get is starting something that was well underway by my appointment time yet still took at least 35 more minutes. That’s the problem: knowingly starting a 45-60 minute service when close to a reserved appointment.nnI’m not looking a free haircut. I don’t need an explanation of the various factors that cause you to get behind. Most appreciated would be, “I’m sorry. Appointments are important to us. We will try to do better. Please come back.”

Best barbershop I've ever used. Hardy is excellent and quick, and my hair is cut perfectly every time. They use a hot eucalyptus (I think) towel which is a really really nice touch. I've had nothing but a great experience here every time. Free beverages for guests, good products and friendly staff. Hardy even remembered how I cut my hair, what I do for work etc after 3 months from my first visit. Really a sign of a quality barber to me. Thanks guys. I won't use anyone else.
