I can't speak highly enough of my experience with J.D. He is honest, professional and really helped to reduce the stress of purchasing a home. He was extremely responsive to all my questions and had great suggestions for homes to view based on what I was looking for. When I found the place I wanted to call home J.D. worked quickly to present our offer to the seller. His knowledge and resourcefulness resulted in my offer being accepted on a property that received multiple offers the same day. All throughout the negotiations and closing J.D. was there quickly handling any issues that may have risen. There isn't any question on who my realtor will be when the time comes!

My experience with JD and the Kellum Group was so impressive that I had to share with others. JD took my hand and literally walked me through the entire process. Before meeting he came up with a game plan. We saw several different properties from A to Z. This part of home buying is usually exhausting and discouraging for me but JD was patient, knowledgeable, professional and resourceful! I’ve bought other properties before but the thing that stood out for me this time was the delicate way he cared and handled me as his client. His approach tremendously lowered my stress. The need for any type of anxiety driven posture was eliminated! 5 stars won’t truly describe this exceptional experience. Hopefully my loyalty over the next decades will! Thank you JD!
