My wife and I were looking for the perfect home to our two and soon to be three babies. Sam was extremely flexible with his schedule and locations we were interested in, he was very accommodating to our requests,nhe was professional and was able to find us the perfect home all within a very short period of time which is what we needed. We know other realtors and Sam is by far the best one in the Atlanta and surrounding areas. I could not give you 10 stars because Google only allows up to 5. Thank you Sam! you have made a huge difference in our lives!

Sammy is a great dream that came true just when we truly needed it. This man actually promised my wife and I that he would get our house under contract with in one week. He listed our house on Thursday, August 8, 2019.We had an open house on Sunday, August,11, and two showing by Wednesday August 14. We went under contract by Thursday, August 15, exactly one week later. We sold and closed on Friday, September 20, 2019. Sammy is amazing. We are proud to give him 5 stars , future referrals, and our future business.

Sammy contacted me regarding working with me to sell my rehab when I first had it listed as a For Sale By Owner. After the house sat on the market for several months with zero offers, Sammy followed up with me again and this time I hired him as my listing agent. From our first encounter I was impressed with Sam. I found him to be professional, very knowledgeable about the market in my area and he offered several creative ideas to help attract more potential buyers. He followed up with me regularly with updates and did everything he said he would do. And best of all he sold my house within the first month listing with him! He helped me through the whole process and when the buyer's inspector came back with a long list of To Do items, I felt that I had an advocate in my corner with Sam so that I wasn't taken advantage of. I really enjoyed working with Sammy and I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to sell or purchase a home. He is the real deal! And I look forward to working with him again.
