Dave and Richard Beeman found us our dream home and we are first time homebuyers. We had a very very specific home, area and Budget in mind. And Dave and Richard came through more than we could have expected. They are very very knowledgeable, professional, courteous and responsive and gave us all the tools we needed to make this decision. Buying a home is very exciting but it’s also very very stressful especially in this market with a pandemic going and the hot Atlanta market. You have to make a decision sometimes within the hour and Their guidance and knowledge helped us get the dream house we are in today!!! I would give them 10 stars if I could!!! Dave and Richard are the BEST!!!

I can't say enough great things about The Beeman Group. Richard and his team went above and beyond during our search for the perfect home. He is extremely knowledgeable about the areas in and around Atlanta and made sure to show us homes that fit our interests as to not waste any time. We were in a multiple offer situation and he knew exactly what to do to go in with a strong offer that closed the deal for us. He also listed our house and we had multiple offers within 24 hours and it was sold within 48 hours! Richard and his wife, Trish, treated us like family and we even had them over to fish in our new pond for the first time as he helped my 3 year old catch her first fish! The Beeman Group will not disappoint, and I highly recommend them to anyone searching for the perfect home in the perfect neighborhood.

The Beeman Group is amazing! In the beginning of a pandemic, we decided to purchase our first home and Richard was there every step of the way. It was scary to say the least, but Richard and team kept us calm throughout the entire process. Definitely would recommend him and the team to anyone in the market to buy or sell!

Dave Sweetman was the absolute best in assisting me find my 1st Home. He treated me as if I was his only client and he was always available day or night to answer any questions that I had, and that was a ton considering I am a first time buyer. Dave truly rolled out the red carpet for me in a VIP fashion and was with me to the very end, including the signing. After I signed, he surprised me with a bottle of bubbly. We toasted together. The amount of hard work he put into assisting me, was incredible, and I truly believe I would have never found my dream home without him. Dave made the experience feel as if he was purchasing the home for himself and steered me in so many right directions. When all is said and done, I also made a new friend!! We still chat it up on the phone these days. Thank you Dave for everything you did for me.n-Will B

My husband and I were terrified first time home buyers and didn’t know where to start. Working in the apartment community field as a leasing agent I worked a lot with promove. Rich was an agent with them and transitioned into a real estate agent. My years getting to know him and how he treated his clients I knew he was the person for us to call. Thank God I did. He walked us through the process and got us our keys to our first home right before Christmas and before my husband deployed. It was an extremely stressful time for us and we needed someone to look out for our best interest. Did I mention I was also pregnant during this process.... fun times. Rich handled everything with professionalism, care, and attention to detail. He always kept us in the loop. Once I decided to pursue my real estate license I knew what team I had to be on.
