Robert is a great realtor. He always makes time for you and does everything in his power to make you feel comfortable. We found my house in a matter of weeks and Robert did a great job negotiating on my behalf. He got every contingency I asked for fulfilled and I left the signing table without paying anything. In fact, I got money back. So if you’re looking for a realtor you can be honest with and has your back, Robert is your guy.

Working with Rob was one of the best decisions I made last year. I had a realtor prior to working with Rob that made me really question the necessity for a realtor. Rob really helped in making the process and the situation a lot less stressful for me. I can be a bit picky, and Rob was good about taking me to tons of different places and even revisiting several locations with me as well. He wasn’t in a rush to put me in something, it was clear he wanted me to find something I liked and understood that that process is different for everyone. I was able to close without any money down and with Rob’s help I didn’t pay a single dollar in closing costs. I just want to thank Rob and Pivotal for all of the tireless effort put forth to assist me in becoming a homeowner.

Robert is an amazing Realtor! 3 contracts and 2 terminations later, I can finally say I am a homeowner. I was a little nervous at first, but Robert was extremely knowledgeable and he kept me grounded during my entire home buying process. His communication, follow-up and professionalism is excellent. I began my process nervous and a little doubtful but as I continued to speak with my realtor, Robert, he provided a lot of great assistance and information. The mortgage lendor he directed me to was also very helpful!
