I have been residing at Windsor Brookhaven since January 2012. This is a great place to live, with many conveniences and great people / neighbors. The Leasing Team is awesome, and they've always treated me with courtesy and professionalism. I've never had to wait more than 24 hours or so to have any maintenance requests completed. I would highly recommend Windsor Brookhaven.nnKevin H

Very easy application and move in process. Atoyia and Shon were very supportive and super welcoming! I couldn’t ask for a better community staff. Everything was up to par if it wasn’t they handle it right away!

I absolutely love it here! The staff is amazing!! Atoyia, especially was extremely pleasant to work with. She was very knowledgeable about the community and accommodating throughout my entire experience. After viewing the property, Atoyia even asked if I had ate that day and gave me a gift card to Newk’s, which is a eatery conveniently located right next door. The moving process was seamless. The people here are friendly and parking is a breeze.

Seriously looks like a 4 star hotel! I love the pools and gym here. Also the apartment itself is spacious and I've always felt safe and comfortable.

I was apartment hunting for a while and I'm so happy with my decision to move into Windsor Brookhaven! Everyone I've come in contact with has been so helpful and accommodating from both the maintenance staff and leasing office! Atoyia was amazing to work with -she gave me tours of multiple apartments and kept me updated on current specials which had a big effect on which floorplan I went with. The apartment was spotless when I moved in and the maintenance team quickly took care of any requests (ie: adjusted shelving levels in kitchen cabinets). I also love that the location is within walking distance of so many restaurants and shops. 5 stars all around!!!
