BE SURE TO CHECK YOURSELF IF THE SHOES ARE THE RIGHT SIZE & SIDE!!! Although they have some shoes at discount prices I’m very unsatisfied with the way they handle customer satisfaction. We bought a pair of shoes for my daughter for her to wear for a special occasion. To our surprise when my daughter opened the box she found two left shoes. We had already bought the dress that paired with the shoes and she didn’t get to wear them for the special day. So now that we went all the way across town to get them replaced. I asked the manager if they could give a discount for our troubles, but she said she was sorry she couldn’t do anything about it. I know that maybe we could of checked if the shoes were the right side but they should be responsible for that....Ultimately they are a “shoe store”!!!!

Employees are always very helpful.. and they have a great selection of boots...

Had the shoes I like n wanted and the sales people are quick to help.
