Terrible “customer service” from the “lady” making my sandwich and the guy at the register. No greeting. Neither of them barely said 3 words to me the entire time. No, thank you was given!nThis was my first time patronizing the franchise. They are not off to a great start. Sandwich sub-par. Very Limited variation of condiments. Tomatoes were old.

As other reviewers have mentioned, this restaurant is filthy. I've witnessed bugs several places, and the last time I visited the trash in the can right by the front door had not been taken out and we were welcomed into the restaurant with a giant whiff of rotten food. The employees are rude, inefficient, and clearly do not work well together as there seems to be a lot of miscommunication and bickering on the serving line. I love Jersey Mikes, but there are other locations that provide much better service and have high standards of cleanliness.
Super good sandwiches.. I've tried about 3 and my fave is the Big Kahuna..
