DO NOT BE FOOLED BY THE NICE SHOWROOM - DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY! Old Castle has a very nice showroom and website but they are very unprofessional and disreputable. They refused to return my down payment after the design did not meet our agreed upon budget and our desires. They were very difficult to work with and extremely rude. Buyer beware!

The best place in the city! I totally recommend them to designers and professionals and even homeowners. Just take your clients to Old Castle Design Center and see how inspiring this place is. The showroom is beautifully set, it's really unique and very high end. I really enjoy going there with my clients. The best experience I had in years as a designer.

A few months ago, I stopped by this showroom with my class to take a look around, and the design team was very helpful and knowledgeable. They gave us a short tour of their showroom and answered questions. The showroom was beautiful and had a very luxurious look to it.

We are a returning customer to Old Castle home design center. Our experience with them has been always positive. We did our master/kids bathroom with them and now we're back to do our kitchen renovation. We meet with them in their beautiful showroom to discuss design and details of our custom kitchen and we enjoy it every time. We are very comfortable with the designers and the owner of the company; as they always take the time to answer our questions and help us figuring out what we really want. For our bathrooms renovation their crew were in our house for several weeks, very professional and reliable people. The owner, Babak, has been always available and helpful to us. He is the real project manager and took care of everything from start to the end. We even invited him and his wife to our house for dinner.nMany people in our neighborhood have done a project with Old Castle over the years and that's how we were referred to them. They are a reliable established company with the best people; the owner, the designers that they have in house and the crew at the job side. We have seen many jobs that they have done in our neighborhood and we can say we have great confidence in them.nWe highly recommend Old Castle Home Design Center.

We had two projects in mind that involved opposite ends of our 1970’s-built home. Babak began with multiple, relaxed interviews with us, in which he gathered an impressive amount of information about how we live, how we use parts of our home, what are differences in taste between my wife and me, etc. When he got back to us with sample design options, we were downright gleeful at his ability to crystallize what we were each looking for, and his tactful way of pulling our disparate tastes and visions together into cohesive, practical design. And he did all that while keeping his eye on the vintage of our home, its innate style, so that in the end the newly remodeled rooms blended seamlessly into our existing, older home.nThe construction process was lengthy, but always clearly focused and sequenced out on a calendar in advance. We felt at ease with the security of our home, their efforts to minimize noise, keeping us informed at each step, as well as efforts to clean up at the end of each day. The individual workers from Old Castle Design Center were, to the one, responsive, careful, courteous, and thoughtful in getting their work done while we were still living there. Finishing details drug out for several months after crews had moved on to other projects, and seemed to become lower priority, but I’ve never doubted that they would all get done. I trust that Babak will be responsive to us if any issues might develop in the future, and that is a great reassurance.nWe’re very grateful to Old Castle Design Center. For us, it was the right size firm for our job, and gave us creative planning and quality workmanship, done with financial clarity and complete trustworthiness. We really love the finished result!
