The crew did a great job with the car but the business owner did a poor job with consistently explaining and advertising the cost. If it were not for the bait-and-switch price tactics I would have rated this service a 4-5. The roadside sign says $9.99 for exterior wash; the options they showed me on arrival was $15 for exterior. I let it go. Then they charged me $20 for “custom amount”. Even though my vehicle is a crossover SUV style it is no larger than a full size sedan and nowhere near the size of most SUVs and Trucks. I was on my lunch break and in a hurry, so I didn’t question the staff about the price change. I waited until I got my emailed receipt and emailed the sender through the merchant messaging system. I never received a reply. The bait and switch pricing determined the rating.
These guys were great by allowing me to fill up my 5 gallon bucket with water. I pulled into this place as my truck engine was overheating.nnThanks to the young tall kid with ling blonde hair working in the garage area.
Very nice quick work and friendly. Not much to say because it was a simple process and I love it
Took my car here for an exterior hand wash and wax. Overall it was a good experience and they spent an adequate amount of time on the car, about 45 min. Their pricing is reasonable and the quality of work is about fine. My only complaint is that they are not very diligent or thorough. However, the lady addressed my concerns when I pointed out to a few dirty spots/unfinished wax.nI might try them again.
