They don't respond to emails. I called their office and the front desk secretary had no idea what property I was talking about, she said I would receive a call back. The guy that called me back acted as if he didn't know why he was calling me back, so there's clearly a lack of communication. Overall they can do better and I will avoid making offers on any of their properties.
