The Bentley at Marietta has made some amazing adjustments, not just externally but internally as well. The new management team is solution based, and solution driven. I’ve had a horrible experience previously with old management and old neighbors but the new team worked effortlessly to ensure my comfort.nnI finally feel like I matter in my community and this is my third year. The staff at this property, alone, is worth a lease renewal. Very professional, timely and after my lease was signed. The family atmosphere did not stop. The property itself is breathtaking and relaxing. From ducks to fish and kids playing, while adults run around the lake. I would like to thank the office staff and the maintenance crew for being welcoming and having my new home ready as requested.nnThanks!

Love the people at the office, they have made a nice difference. The phone is answered and problems resolved. The maintenance team is courteous. Love the dock by the pool it's nice to be able to sit and ensure great weather, my neighbors are clean and take pride.

My first impression of this apartment was very welcoming and warming. I was assisted by Cathleen Turner and she was such a pleasure to work with. The entire staff was nice, the complex looks amazing, and has a very comfortable atmosphere. Would definitely recommend!

What a magnificent place! The apartments are well-spaced, and the gymnasium is what I love the most. If you love flora and fauna, you will see it everyday when waking up. No noise at all by the way.
