Kad helped us buy our first home on a moments notice! He was well informed on the potential issues a home could have and he showed us anything wrong that he was worried could cost us considerably in the future. In addition, he has great connections with quality lending companies, insurance agents, and everything else you need to buy a new home! We will use him again if we ever move!

Amazing Buyer's Agent! We couldn't have asked for a smoother buying process. My wife and I were first time buyers and he explained everything step by step. He was honest and obviously had our best interest in mind by pointing out issues other realtors may have looked over because they were more focused on the commission. Kad continued to guide us through the process and checked up several times after it was done. I would easily recommend him to friends and family when buying a home.
