From the beginning Kathryn and her team were clear about what to expect, the timing and the plan to sell our home. They were organized and responsive during the entire process. Once again Susan Haddock and her Team delivered an outstanding and unparalleled service. We listed our home with her and sold the property in two days. Then we signed on to build a new home. Due to our youngest brother suddenly passing away, my brother, sister and I (all living in different states) worked together to sell his home in Marietta. Kathryn and every member of her team that we had the pleasure of interacting with were amazing - highly professional, competent and responsive, with excellent follow-through. Each member had a specific role to play in the overall process, and as the time came, they explained their role and the procedure clearly, and maintained excellent communication. It made for an incredibly smooth, organized and flawless process! Even though we worked with a team of people, it was clear from start to finish that Kathryn was our realtor.
