I was looking for a smaller, more personal real estate agency that still had lots of experience. I believe I found that with Cassie Carlson. I never felt pressured or unimportant since I wasn't looking for a high $ home. This market is CRAZY, yet Cassie was calm & helped me keep my cool & within a couple of weeks I bought a beautiful home. I used a mortgage lender @ their suggestion (wasn't in my initial plan), glad I did, because it was absolutely the smoothest home buying experience I've had to this day. Thanks Cassie!

Connie helped us in our home sale and buy 3 years ago and now again just recently with a home sale and buy. She is extremely knowledgeable in the local Marietta/Kennesaw market and was able to direct us to the perfect area to move to as well as setting our home up to sell fast for top dollar!nConnie is very strong with details and communication about all aspects of the real estate transaction. She helped us through the inspection negotiation phase as well as the best way to negotiate on the purchase and the sale of our home. Everything was handled with ease. Our new home purchase was the easiest we have ever had. Up to date technology made dealing with signatures easy. They listened to what we needed and delivered with excellent service. I would recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell in the area.

Connie and Dan were great. They helped us both find an awesome new home and sell the old one fast. They helped us find a house that is just right for us both in price and location and we really enjoy it a lot. They are quick to respond with any issues or questions and are very professional. The pictures they took of the house we sold looked great. I highly recommend them.
