I wish I could give Cathy Meder 10 stars!nnMy wife and I became home owners a year and a half ago. We cannot recommend Cathy Meder highly enough. Buying a home to live in is an extremely complex and personal decision. Cathy Meder walked us through this whole process and helped us find a beautiful home in a fabulous location. Her faith is inspiring, her work ethic is second to none, and her market savvy is fantastic. In an extremely competitive market, she was willing to do whatever it took to find the perfect house for our family. She showed us houses on short notice, late at night, and on weekends, never wanting to miss the right house for us. She even rescheduled an appointment with her doctor so she could show us a house. She is diligent, knowledgeable, experienced, and trustworthy.nnWhen we found the right house, the owner received several offers within hours of hitting the market (even one better than our offer). Cathy immediately went to bat for us to help make it happen. We can say without reservation, she will do her very best to help you find the home that’s right for you and is a wise investment.nnOn multiple occasions during the home search, my wife and I said to each other that we were so glad to have Cathy as our realtor. Cathy has helped us find our dream home! She is one of the most thorough and thoughtful persons my wife and I have met. Not to mention she knows everyone! In the home buying process we have found that you need someone who is truthful with the clients and patient when need be, Cathy balances this very well! After months searching Zillow and other realistate sites Cathy was a breath of fresh air. If it was not for her we would never have been able to get into our dream home!
