The wait was extremely long and the food wasn't fresh or hot!!! Never again

They were pretty busy so it took a while. Turns out it was worth the wait. The tater tots were the only things that weren't perfect. My order was correct & Rourke was polite, cheerful & efficient. This guy deserves a raise. Employees like him are rare in fast food.

These people were so far out of it I could not believe it. Ordered three meals. Had to reorder after they messed it up. 15 minutes later they gave me half the order. I told them what they were missing. They brought half the missing order. Two more trips before they got it right. First meal was cold. Not a good showing. I love Crystal but this was way out

Drive through is a bit tough for a large vehicle - if you have a large SUV or truck, consider making a turn on Frey's Gin road and then entering the drive through so you don't have to make a tight turn. Good service and those Krystals are awesome !

I asked for the number one with cheese no pickel . I got the complete opposite, and it was cold !! I am very disturbed and completely heartbroken because this is my favorite restaurant! As customers I feel like we deserve good QUALITY AND HOT FOOD . This order was complete disaster I will not be returning anytime soon !
