The owner was very rude. Refused to add cheese and toppings on my sandwich even after repeatedly asking him. Quote stingy with everything, ruined my decades long good subway experience.

This store changed ownership and the new owners are terrible. The bread and cookies shouldn’t be hard and crumbled at 11am, it’s pretty clear they were made the day before.

One of the workers was preparing sandwichesnwithout a mask during covid19. Cases in Ga are over 150 thousand up to today, July 31st 2020.nHe refused to wear a mask and when I asked him about it he replied very rudely that it was his choice.

I was disappointed that they were not able to apply the coupon I pulled up on my phone. she told me I had used the coupon already, and that's impossible. I have not been to a subway in over a year or more.

I've been to this subway a couple of times and each time the customer service has been terrible. The first time the guy making my sandwich had his headphones in listening to music as I was trying to tell him what I wanted. Today, the lady making my sandwich was talking to her coworker the entire time I was trying to tell her my order. And then took a personal phone call when I was trying to pay??? Whoever manages this subway needs to sit down and have a conversation with their employees about etiquette while working with the public. Giving 2 stars because the food is okay, but still not worth putting up with the poor treatment by employees. Will try to avoid this subway from now on.
