Highly recommended!! They came out as soon as we called and pumped out our Septic tank that had been with the house since 1999. It ended up being a bigger job than expected but they stuck to their original quote they had given us. Very professional, friendly, prompt, hard working and honest company.

This company is the best I’ve ever seen. They hand up my septic tank, pumped it out and re-covered it, and raked everything back level. Good as new. Not only are they fast , but their work is exceeded by none. I would recommend Shaw’s to any and everyone.

I have been trying to contact this company since middle of December to come out for a septic inspection. I have hear phenomenal things about this company's professionalism and honesty, so i was willing to give this company the benefit of the doubt.nnI contacted them after the holidays (Jan 8) and wanted to leave a message but their voice mail was full. I immediately received a text from a 678 phone number explaining to me that they were in a bad cell service area and would give me a call back when they were in a better area.nnhaving heard nothing from them by Jan 29 I called back. Their voicemail was still full. i texted that 678 # and asked if they could give me a call so that i could get on their calendar. they asked me for my address, and i provided. then i heard NOTHINGnnHaving heard NOTHING I tried to reach out 2/16. their voice mail is STILL full. I really have given them the befit of the doubt but I'm needing to moving on.nnTHIS IS UNACCEPTABLE!!!!!

They were great people! Very honest and I would recommend them to anyone. Honest about how much it would be before they came out and stuck to the amount.
