I drove out to this place on Wednesday to purchase a timer for my dryer. I couldn't believe how courteous the gentleman was that helped me and I'm so ashamed that I didn't ask his name. NEVER have I had such superior customer service. He told me I wouldn't get my part until Monday (after Christmas), but the part came on Thursday (the very next day). My dryer is up and running. A great place to shop for odds and ends as well.
Conveniently located and fantastic staff! Danielle went above and beyond and tracked down a part for me despite some electrical challenges. Thank you- This location will be my first choice in the future (instead of amazon/other delivery options :)!)

Was able to check inventory on their website, placed my order and picked up right at the store. This allowed me to get my dishwasher up and running in 24hrs versus having to wait a week for a mail order part!
The only local place I shop for parts. Fox is amazing, their pricing is very competitive and Canessa always takes superb care of our crazy requests. She always goes above and beyond to make sure our needs are met. We are grateful for everyone at Fox Marietta!
