I found this marvelous place just surfing around on the web after conversing with a friend about the purchase of an EGG. I had nooooo idea what was in store for me other than the reviews that peaked my curiosity!ud83eudd14. So, I made a conscious effort to go pass this place and see what the hype was all about. I am glad I did, let me tell you. I went to the door, but it was locked, so I called the number listed on the door. Althoughnat this time they were only taking orders through the call center and not face to face in the showroom; they made a huge exception! They immediately made it possible to meet with Joe, the manager right then and there. Joe sold me on the product (Large Egg) with his professionalism, honesty, integrity, and no pressure hassle to purchase. The package deal was phenomenal by far. The EGG expert Ed came and set up the Egg and was also very professionally, courteous, respectful, and patient. I will give infinity stars because a part was missing for the temperature dial and instead of mailing it, by golly Ed delivered the piece the VERY next day. This is top notch service at its best! We made the decision to purchase our Big Green Egg from Metro Building Products because they are a Platinum Dealer and they have excellent prices. We are so glad we did! I ordered cedar planks for creating a raised bed garden. The sales team were very helpful. The price was competitive and the pickup was easy and safely done. Will return for future lumber needs!
