I came to tidal wave upon getting a coupon from my leasing office as a move in gift. The services was phenomenal. I got the ceramic sea gloss wash which was their top of the line wash and it was an amazing experience my kids loved it! After signing up for the membership Justin was a great help! He even allowed us to go through the tunnel two times because my kids loved it so much! I give this location a 5 star rating and the wash works and had great results on my car! I would definitely recommend to my friends and family!

Other reviews were right. They are very polite. I showed up 10 minutes before close and one work walked his way over realizing I was there and I had already chosen the one I had wanted. He made a joke that was really good and funny and the second worker that scrubbed the car was not only thorough but very polite and engaged as well. The car wash did a great job and I like how it has signs that tell you what's what when it isn't actually necessary but just satisfies curiosity as to what is each thing happening. Will recommend to others.

This is a really great car wash. But it's the people that work there that makes the difference to me. They are kind, curious and responsive to request. They seem to really be glad you have come back to see them. I have gotten on a 30 day program and to me it is really a value to me. Before I thought I would save money and do it myself at home. But it was always something... To hot,to cold or I was just not interested at the time. Tidal Wave makes it so easy. Just pull in, put the care in neutral and sit back and in three minutes your car or truck is clean. It's just nice to ride in a clean truck. Check it out for yourself. I had been switching between various car washes in Cobb County, and I came across this gem, and now this is the only place I will take my car. All of the employees are extremely professional and extremely friendly. My car always looks amazing afterwards, and I like being able to clean out my own car, as compared to others doing it for me. The prices are reasonable for what is included.nDefinitely recommend them.
