The only car wash I use. Carlos and his team are the best. And the newly renovated and spacious waiting room is an added plus.
This establishment was referred to me by Caliber Collision as an auto detail shop, so I was surprised that it's a car wash. Limited slots for car wash and getting in and out is difficult. Don't worry; however, they do a great job and will make it right if you have any issues.
I would caution against using this business. I paid $110 plus tip on Thursday, March 18 to detail my car inside and out, including leather seat cleaning and conditioning, and outside wax. It was the first time I’d ever gone there. I didn’t inspect my car before I left and trusted they’d done what I paid them to do. They did not even touch the leather seats (there was still dirt on the seats), the vacuuming was incomplete and I couldn’t tell that any of the inside had been wiped down. Really disappointing. I was really busy and by the time I actually looked at the poor work, it was two days later and I didn’t think it was fair to take it back. Please choose another detailer!

I cannot recommend BHC. I called last week to ask if I needed an appointment for today. I was told no and to come in anytime. I just drove 45 minutes to get here only to be told they’re closed because it rained a little this morning. It’s currently 4pm as I write this. That information should have been provided to me when I called last week. This was the only day I could get a wash and I really needed it. Will not be returning to further waste my time.nnUPDATE: Carlos, the owner, called and texted after seeing my review and was not happy about it. He’s frustrated because of my review and left what I would call an unprofessional voicemail.
